The floral series shown in this portfolio represents some of my most intentional commercial work. Florals are both the most universal print category in women's RTW and the most competitive — every brand does them, which means the only way to stand out is in the quality of the concept, the intelligence of the colorway, and the precision of the execution. For each floral developed at Zelouf, I worked from a specific seasonal narrative: a mood, a reference, a feeling I wanted the print to evoke. The botanical series, for example, drew from pressed flower archives and vintage illustration — a sense of something preserved, intimate, and handcrafted. That emotional quality was then translated into motif scale, line weight, color temperature, and repeat structure. The result was a series of prints that felt cohesive as a family while giving buyers enough variation to build an assortment.
