Halston is one of American fashion's most iconic names — a house built on the philosophy that luxury lives in simplicity. Fluid silhouettes, impeccable fabrication, and restrained sophistication defined the brand's DNA. Working there as an Assistant Designer early in my career meant learning to design with discipline: every detail had to earn its place, and surface design had to serve the garment, not compete with it. My time at Halston grounded my understanding of luxury RTW design — the rigor of technical execution, the importance of fabrication, and the discipline of designing within a strong brand identity. I contributed to seasonal collections across woven and knit categories, developed CAD prints and embroideries, and supported showroom and casting activities.
